How many speakers can present the research abstract?

Research papers should be submitted by only one of the authors.

If I submit several abstracts, and they are accepted, do I have to submit them under the same modality?

Research papers approved for the same speaker may be presented under different modalities, either oral or poster.

How many papers can I submit with the speaker registration fee?

Abstract presenters must pay $400,000 Colombian pesos or $110 USD for each abstract submitted and approved.

When should I pay for my research work?

Payment for papers is made upon notification of approval by the reviewer of the research abstract.

What is the deadline for submitting applications?

By decision of the Organizing Committee, the deadline for the submission of research papers will be February 28, 2025.

How many research abstracts can I apply for?

Researchers can apply and submit several research abstracts to ENICIP.

How long do the presentations last, by subject area?

The presentation will take 10 minutes and an additional 5 minutes for questions and answers.

What am I entitled to with the payment of my paper?

Researchers who pay for the presentation of their research work will be able to attend during the three days of the event, will have two refreshments per day, permanent access to the coffee station, support material, certification as a speaker and the publication of the proceedings in the RCCP.

To apply for a job, do I have to send it to a mailing address?

Researchers must access through the summary speaker button on the registration page and register on the platform.

How should I submit my abstract?

Presentation guidelines are available in the calls for papers sent by mail from the event organizers.
